Mimani — 5 Months Old, One Arm, and Still Standing

32158 views

She’s standing.

That’s the first thing you notice.

Five months old. One arm gone. A row of surgical stitches running the length of what remains. And she’s standing — on the bed, looking up, like she’s waiting for something good to happen.

We don’t know what Mimani expected from life before the accident. But we know what she got: a road. A collision. Pain she couldn’t understand. And then — hands. Human hands, lifting her, bringing her somewhere warm.

The vet did what could be done in that moment. Stitched what needed stitching. Stabilized what could be stabilized. But the surgery she actually needs — the procedure that will reconstruct her arm and give her a real chance at a normal life — that comes next.

And it costs $4,000.

We don’t have it yet.

Mimani doesn’t know that. She just knows that today, someone changed her bandages gently. Someone gave her food. Someone said her name.

She’s five months old. She should be chasing things, knocking things off shelves, sleeping in patches of sunlight for sixteen hours a day.

Instead she’s waiting.

Not with fear. With something that looks, honestly, a lot like patience.

What Mimani Needs:

Her next surgery — a limb reconstruction procedure — is scheduled as soon as we raise the funds. The vet has confirmed she is stable enough to survive the procedure. The only thing standing between Mimani and that surgery is $4,000.

Current status: $0 raised toward surgical fund Goal: $4,000 Timeline: As soon as possible — the longer we wait, the harder recovery becomes

Every dollar goes directly to her surgical fund. Every receipt will be posted publicly.

If you can’t donate — share this. One share might be the reason the right person finds her.
