Three days ago, Bella was found by the side of a highway in District 7, Hanoi, with a broken left rear leg and severe dehydration. She is approximately 8 years old and had clearly been on the streets for months — her body covered in old scars, her eyes too tired to even cry.
The vet stabilized her with IV fluids and pain management. X-rays show a clean break that can be repaired with surgery, but if we don’t operate within 7 days, the bone will set wrong and she’ll never walk normally again.
